nonpolitical, actually objections/fears unfounded!, tax
foundations, the people, businesses, etc., were all in
agreement about it, only 2 dissenting votes of over 200 mostly
Democratic legislators.)
Obama tried to "copy", but changed dramatically
about the decision/design process and necessity to do it
well - NOT on specifics to do! See also a copy of it and
make your own conclusions! (Brilliant!)
