But... If the first question is not met, then it would be logical that the second is not relevant.

#1.  WHO IS, BY FAR, THE MOST CAPABLE OF DOING THE ACTUAL JOB EXCELLENTLY?


To answer this question it would seem logical to decide these:

THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB - Specified clearly here, and they must be required.

Romney will do what Americans vote for, representing all Americans, with no one left behind. 

Without fiscal responsibility and good management, other goals cannot be achieved.
