MITT ROMNEY, DOING WHAT HE DOES BEST - AND EXTRAORDINARILY

Past this election, don't expect Romney to be politically driven, as it is just the role needed for now, but to be results-driven.  His real persona will be expressed: an extremely committed, extraordinary creator of solutions, working very well with others, and harnessing the power of the best and the brightest

How do I know that?  As with Obama, I have simply looked at what he has done - and I've seen a very extensive track record, where I don't have to fill in the blanks or make assumptions.  This is a man of extraordinary substance - and the most qualified leader I've ever seen run for the Presidency of The United States Of America (agreeing with Jack Welch, see video).

It seems that people haven't solidified in their minds what the highly likely results are of Romney's Presidency. There is massive confusion and misunderstandings due to political rhetoric and twisting of what he stands for - what he stands for is clear as crystal, but the evolution and formation of those values causes people to think he has flip-flopped - but that is not true at all.  (See Not A Flip-Flopper, Consistent And Evolving.  He is not closed and he is very open, but has very strong, and good, values.  See Core Principles.)

Perhaps the best, and very short, story of who Romney is is in Bill Bain's tribute to him in Time Magazine's coverage of the most influential people, "I know this country will be blessed if Mitt’s next job is President of the United States":  article.   He is also one of the kindest, most caring and altruistic people I've ever learned about.  The combination of his passion for results and his compassion comes together in the 30 second video clip:  Mitt My Hero, where he helped save his partner's teenage daughter from probable death.

He'll have to battle the twistings and extraordinarily negative campaigning of Axelrod (see Axelrod Tactics) and the repeated mantras by Obama.

But to the extent that people pay attention to facts and look at past results as the best indicator of future results the people should gradually move over to doing what is truly best for their interests, to have all boats rising in a rising tide to a much stronger foundation for all Americans.

THE KEY PROBLEMS OF DEBT AND UNFUNDED LIABILITIES WILL BE HANDLED, SOLVED

Contrary to the behavior of Obama, Romney will not put off because of political fears dealing with what has to be confronted nor will he fool the people into complacency about it or into just "talking about it".  Contrary to Obama, he'll actually have a plan and work with Congress to make sure something happens, never complaining, just working toward the solution.

Planning and problem solving and working with the best and the brightest to figure out what will produce the best results - that is his forte - and you can bet he'll use this, as he always has!

TAXES WILL BE LOWER (FAIRLY), GOVERNMENT WILL BE MORE EFFECTIVE

While I do not know the extent to which any person can achieve this seeming miracle, I have confidence that Romney is the man who can do the most, both in terms of ability and in terms of commitment and how he is impeccable in keeping his commitments.

He will not, contrary to a myth from the Democrats, work to "benefit the rich" to the exclusion of others.  He is committed to helping all, with less benefit to the rich.

THE ECONOMY WILL HAVE ALL ENGINES HUMMING

Romney will streamline regulations to what is practical and beneficial, create an excellent business climate, create a strong economic foundation through promotion (as he did in Mass.) and working with businesses to create incentives and plans for more production in the US.  Plus oil and gas production will be increased to make a large difference in jobs and growth (and a few more things, see below).  Plus, I think, the people will respond to increase and/or renew their self-responsibility and industriousness work-ethic.

And we all know that increasing taxes, even as acknowledged by Obama in his campaigning, will lower our growth.  He will assure that taxes are limited to the lowest workable level.

It will be a time of reestablishing a very strong foundation for America and its prosperity.

OIL AND ENERGY NEEDS WILL BE MET, SECURE, AND BENEFICIAL TO THE ECONOMY!

He'll do what he has done with Massachusetts:  streamline the permitting process - doing the opposite of Obama, where federal land drilling permits have declined 40% (See Oil-Obama.)  And he'll do it responsibly and with practicality at the same time.  The other energy sources will be accelerated where there is opportunity.  He'll figure out a way to get more research and development done in the alternative energy area, but not at such a huge cost and while avoiding putting money into what is uneconomical and especially avoiding Obama's huge increase in energy prices that he deemed necessary to "force" people into using alternative energy before it was cost effective to do so.  (Video Obama On Energy Prices Skyrocket.)

He will figure out "where the puck will be" (Wayne Gretzky's famous quote about why he was so successful) and he'll time the peaking of oil production as we fold into alternative energy that is cost efficient.  Alternative energy is likely to be too expensive for at least a decade, per the government's own agency.

Full oil and gas production, which can be increased substantially within three years, will provide energy security to the US, cut speculation and price volatility, and provide lots of jobs, while boosting our country's growth rate and protecting the value of the dollar by greatly reducing the trade deficit (by about $250 billion or more per year).

THERE WILL BE COOPERATION, FRUITFUL COMPROMISE, WORKING TOGETHER

Romney is plainly a guy who believes in getting results and not "being right" about things (at the expense of results).  He will always figure out a way to work together as constructively as possible.

And he'll persist, like few people you've ever seen, and persist and persist - until he gets the result that everyone wants.  And he has even done that when the parties all had different perspectives and agendas.  He got the taxpayers' group, the unions, the 85% Democratic legislature, businesses, and the people and experts to agree on and design the landmark health care legislation that was lauded by conservatives (until it wasn't popular after Obama) and liberals alike, with only two dissenting votes out of over 200 legislators!

He combined achieving social good using conservative values at a level very rare among civil servants.

He will continue to do that.

THERE WILL BE MORE CIVIL CONVERSATION

It is legitimate to say mantras of "this President has failed" and "be fearful of four more years" (roughly), gas prices, the economy and poor growth.

Romney just isn't into excuses, blame, or labeling.

OPPORTUNITY SOCIETY NOT GOVERNMENT SOCIETYS

Free enterprise is our friend, not the enemy.  The cost of Obama blaming business and Fat
vilify success.

He is more about to restore the promise of America
